Bottom Line
How to read the advisoryRcently 150-200cm of new snow has fallen onto a very weak existing snowpack resulting in large naturaly triggered avalanches on all aspects between 3000-4000m.
There are still slopes above 3000m that will be extremely prone to Human trigger especially with the 40-50cm that fell through the last 24hrs which has added further load to the weak snowpack.

Very dangerous avalanche conditions. Travel in avalanche terrain not recommended.
3. Considerable

Transistional - Near 3000 meters
Dangerous avalanche conditions. Careful snowpack evaluation, cautious route-finding and conservative decision-making essential.
1. Low

Sub-Alpine - Below 3000 meters
Generally safe avalanche conditions. Watch for unstable snow on isolated terrain features.
Very dangerous avalanche conditions. Travel in avalanche terrain not recommended.
