Very dangerous avalanche conditions above 3000m.  Avoid known avalanche paths and runout zones due to the risk of natural avalanches triggered from above.  Expect strong winds and poor visibility due to ongoing snowfall above 3000m today.

New storm snow load is supported by weak facets at the ground.  Today, avalanches may be triggered naturally during sustained high winds and snowfall resulting large destrctive avalanches which travel from the alpine region into treeline and beyond.
